Hagstone Cottage Whitby

Great location. Nice, comfortable bedrooms. Decent kitchen area.

Lack of cleanliness on ground floor. Dust, cobwebs, dog hair and a dirty floor. I spent half an hour cleaning just after arrival.

The cottage was cosy and the location was excellent.

There’s nothing I could think of -maybe a spare box of matches to light the fire?

Location generally really nice.

The staircase are steep and narrow it wasn't a problem for us and we managed, bit of a struggle getting the luggage up. It's probably in the description but if not needs adding. Not suitable for anyone with any physical or health concerns There was a lack of toilet rolls, only 2 for 4 people, no washing up liquid or shower gel ( this was expected by our friends)

Garden needs some tidying up and furniture replacing. Garden covered in tab ends including a roll up half smoked on the key lock box when we arrived. One of the single beds needs tightening up. Showers need a good scrub in the corners. Other than that everything was perfect and we will book again.

Perfect location. Outside space for dogs/eating/sunbathing
