Beautiful property. The house used to be owned by our family's great grandparents many moons ago and there are many fond memories there. It's been done to a lovely standard and keeping the original charm

Beautiful cosy cottage. Had absolutely everything you could need. Loved it.

Parking was very tight!

The Cottage was beautifully decorated. It was the perfect place to stay with our two girls to explore the Peak District. Great Location for walks, cave visits and pub lunches. A really special place.

Nothing could improved about the house. The only comment we would say is that the drive is tight to access so would recommend reversing up it rather than drivign forward into it. Road parking is fine though.

We had a very comfortable stay at Coates Cottage over New Years Eve. We had bought pots and pans with us to cook a three course meal but we needn’t have bothered because the kitchen was so well equipped it had everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed log fires in the cosy living room and exploring the local area, including the Chatsworth estate. Highly recommend!

The cottage was beautiful. So much attention to detail. A really nice welcome pack was left for us. Really comfortable cottage with absolutely everything that you could need. We can’t wait to go back again
