Coolanowle Self Catering Holiday Accommodation

Schöne ruhige Lage und ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Bernadine ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Wie in manchen Beiträgen erwähnt, gab es Krähen welche über das Grundstück fliegen - uns haben diese aber nicht gestört.

This was our second time staying there. We loved it the first time and we loved it this time. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is gorgeous and the accommodations are very comfortable.

The noise from a party next door and above was horrific, the place was filthy, we cleaned all the cigarettes and tobacco from under the sofa, both myself and partner had bites from the dirty sheets, no bread knife, proper pots or frying pan. There is a fault on the oven/hob which is extremely dangerous, we overpaid for this trip, was an absolute nightmare and not one bit peaceful.

Here’s a revised version in simple English: --- Bernardine waited for us to welcome us. She showed us the cabin and let us unpack. Our son was very happy; we could see plenty of cows from a distance, even from the windows. The views were lovely. One day, we saw a baby fox, and he was so excited! The beds and linens were comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay, including hot water for dishes and a shower. There are many crows around the area. It's a nice farm, just 10 minutes from Carlow if you need to do some shopping. We also visited Kilkenny, and it was a beautiful day, just 40 minutes away.

Too short stay 🥹

Property was a little bit off the beaten track. But it was just 10mins from Carlow. We were attending a Set dancing event in Carlow and it suited us beautifully.
