Maavaharu Guest House Himmafushi

Very nice accommodation, super nice staff and they reacted flexibly to last-minute changes in my holiday plans and took care of everything.

Habib was the best part of our 4 day stay. He was very kind and thoughtful, always available, and acted immediately for any issues. He greeted us when we arrived on the island and picked us up. We arrived late but they were very accommodating. The rooms was super clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, well made and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of such high quality that I wanted to take one with me! The room had a safe, which was very nice. The mini fridge was great to have in the room too. Breakfast was great, which was made by Habib everyday and he even accommodated requested changes! It was easy to walk everywhere on the island and it had an open beach and also a couple of local/conservative beaches. There was a very well stocked grocery store next to the place and there were a half dozen good places to eat nearby.

The AC didn't work for a couple nights but Habib was able to fix it/sort it out.

We stayed here for almost 1 week. It was really nice and we felt at home in the room. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the desk was nice for doing stuff on the notebook. The island itself is quite small, so you can walk everywhere in just a couple of minutes. The price-performance ratio was absolutely great! The host was also super nice. He gave us snorkeling equipment and prepared our breakfast. All in all: it´s a great accommodation!

Everything was good, staff was very helpful, they helped me from ferry bookings to picking up from the island dock, perfect stay, perfect location.

I had a wonderful stay at Maavaharu Guest House and felt like I was taken care of at all times. The place was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They helped me with booking the speedboat service from Malé and also collected me on arrival which was really nice. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning. Mine consisted of pancakes and fresh fruits or toast and eggs.

Fantastic place ! Comfortable bed, clean rooms, super breakfast, nice owner, amazing beach with coral reef, good restaurants around with super prices.. ferry every day and speed boat just for 10 dollars in case needed. Super island and super accommodation ! Strongly recommend. Hope to come back.
