Varenna Caffè Apartment

The location is right on Lake Como and has the most amazing view of the lake and towns opposite. The apartment itself is immaculately styled and has all the appliances you could need for a long term stay, including a modern bathroom, air conditioning, and washing machine. Any assistance required was always generously provided by the hosts Andrea and Elena, as well as the amazing staff that work at jointly owned Varenna Caffe downstairs. We dined at the cafe almost everyday for either breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and were completely taken by the beautiful food and service!

Absolutely nothing - it exceeded all our expectations.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities. Andrea and Elena were very accommodating. Having the cafe downstairs was convenient. The front row view of the lake are impossible to beat.

This property is unbelievable. Elena and Andrea are so kind and everyone at the cafe below are equally great. We loved our stay so much that we vowed to come back one day for a longer period of time. Truly a perfect apartment, perfect location, comfortable bed, couch, kitchen and bathroom!

The balcony and view were amazing. Great location. Place felt like home!

There was no breakfast included, but we did not expect it either. The location of the apartment was amazing, with a million dollar view.

The mattress could have used an additional mattress pad. That, of course, is a matter of preference. Someone might like a really firm mattress, just not me.

Apartment over a wonderful cafe on Lake Como in Varenna. There is a wonderful balcony where you can sit and watch the happenings of the area. It was an area of celebration with many weddings in town and walking by the area. Everyone in the lakeside restaurants cheers for the happy couples. It’s a majestic place. We will return!

There are steep stairs all over the area and this property is no different. It has fewer than most to access the doors. The owners were very helpful with our luggage😃

Fantastic location with stunning views of Lake como and a balcony above the hustle and bustle of the town. Splendid!
