Valhalla Boutique Hotel

The foyer is terrible- cloistered. dark, dank, musty smelling. Dead and dying plants all up the stairs- really atrocious. The TV in the room didn’t work, neither did half the sockets. Bedding and towels old and fusty, everything in need of redecorating. The shower was decent- the only satisfactory thing about the room. There was a terrace with a couple of folding rusted chairs and dead plants. The whole place is like a film set from a horror film - the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Not sure it should be called a hotel- there are no staff or facilities- only a basic kitchen for guests. We met one of the hosts… a pleasant man but sadly nothing redeems this place.

I enjoyed the location of this property. There is a small convenience store next door and an amazing supermarket up the hill. All of Valletta was within easy walking distance as was the bus station that served the rest of the island. The room was large, clean and basic

It is not what I would call a boutique hotel. There is no staff - access is by a door with a code. There is a very gloomy kitchen area which lacked the appeal to use and a common room.

I emailed on arrival that I had blood stained sheets (photos attached), no soap and no floor towel in the bathroom. No response. Easily resolved problems that were ignored!!

La struttura è antica, fredda, scura e puzzolente. Il personale non c’è, non ti fanno accoglienza, ti mandano un messaggio con il codice per entrare e basta. Li ho contatti perché mancava il telecomando in camera della tv e non ho ma avuto risposta. La pulizia è molto superficiale.

Chambre spacieuse avec un accès à un balcon . Tout était correct

Ich kann die Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisen nicht empfehlen. Auch bei mehrmaliger Aufforderung, auch durch das Booking Service Team, wurde mir meine Rechnung ausgestellt. Die benötige ich für den Arbeitgeber. Das Hotel reagiert leider nicht. Das finde ich sehr schade.
