Upon arrival nobody was answering, I waited for a long time outside, nobody answers the phone either and I had not received my access codes beforehand. The room was extremely expensive and old, you have marks everywhere and the bed sheets were torn.. The shower is in the room so it's all very humid afterwards and impossible to sleep like that. The air conditioning was broken. It was also noisy all night so I literally couldn't sleep: out of 4 nights I just stayed 1 and left immediately. I was in Valletta for work and that would have been impossible for me to sleep the whole night. The owners refused to refund me anything, which is a scandal. I don't recommend at all

Pas d'eau chaude durant 2 jours et demi. Robinetterie cassée. Ce n'est pas un hotel, aucun personnel ni à l'accueil ni jamais. Aucune réception. Au téléphone répondeur. Injoignable et message laissé en Irlande. Aucune réponse aux mails. Aucune réponse à ma réclamation client vis service Booking. Ce n'est pas non plus une boutique...rien... l'intitulé de cet hébergement est une tromperie. Multiples désagréments cuvette des toilettes qui coule toute la nuit, des poignets de fenêtre cassés, des volets qui ne ferment pas, une porte vitrée entre lit et sdb qui ne fonctionne pas, la douche à main qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas d'armoire pour ranger ses affaires juste un portant avec cintres, pas de coffre fort...le code d’acces n’a pas ete envoyé, attente de 30 minutes devant l.hotel et comme il n’y a aucun pe5sonnel,obligée de contacter de booking pour l'avoir. Une jeune qui est arrivée s'est trouvée dans la meme situation. Une vraie catastrophe. Heureusement un monsieur parfois présent, fait son possible pour arranger la situation. J'attends un geste commercial, pas de reponse. A déconseiller
DELocation is perfect, the staff on the site was really friendly and helpful. washing machine, big bedroom, common fridge, kettle, coffee machine, rituals conditioner, daily cleaning and fresh towels if required.
leak under the sink, the fridge in the bedroom didnt work, the coffee machine was broken and was replaced thankfully afterwards, the street was really noisy very early. the water took ages to get warm and the heating system got broken during my stay.
