DEI don't think they're genuine. I was supposed to get my access codes at 9am on the day of my check but nothing came. I tried contacting them at 13:30 via direct message here and calls, no response. Luckily, I was able to cancel and got a better accommodation.
DEDie Lage war sehr gut
Niemand telefonisch erreichbar, keine funktionierende Heizung, ich hab sehr gefroren und der TV ging nicht, sowie an der einen Bettseite weder Licht noch Steckdose. Ebenso nicht möglich im Bad einen Haartrockner zu verwenden am Spiegel.
