Organizacja obiektu. Rezerwowałem pokój 502 na ostatnim piętrze z tarasem i widokiem na morze. W dniu przyjazdu dostałem na bookingu wiadomość że jednak mam wziąć pokój 501 bo tamten jest zajęty. Miałem kod dostępu do obu pokoi. Na miejscu się okazało, że pokój 501 również jest zajęty i są tam czyjeś rzeczy! Weszliśmy do cudzego pokoju! Podany na bookingu nr jest z Irlandii a na miejscu nie ma personelu. Nikt nie odebrał telefonu. Dostałem 3 kod dostępu do pokoju na 3 piętrze, bez widoku z małym balkonem i suchymi kwiatami w doniczkach. O 1 w nocy ktoś wchodził mi do pokoju mając mój kod dostępu! Po wzięciu prysznica w pokoju była woda. Nie polecam, nigdy nie miałem takiej sytuacji jak tutaj.

Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Schimmel und modriger Geruch werden mittels Geruchsspray übertuncht. Das Zimmer ist dunkel. Das Schlimmste aber ist die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Bett samt Bettzeug waren feucht. Ebenso unsere Kleidung am nächsten Morgen. Sauberkeit insbesodere der Duschen lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig.

GBRoom and hotel itself was very nice and convenient to stay in the centre of Valletta. Balconies and terraces were very nice. Mini fridge in room was ideal. Bed was comfy.
I did not get a reply despite multiple messages on booking.com. Didn't have any hot water for the whole stay. WiFi nor TV worked. Lift had broke on the last night meaning I had to carry a suitcase down 5 flights of stairs at 2:30am. One of the balcony doors didn't have a handle on so was constantly unlocked for anyone to access from the outside. No staff seen at the hotel at all throughout my stay. Nowhere to unpack underwear as there was only a rail to hang clothes from. Constant flush coming from the toilet.
MTIt’s in the very central and easy to reach like grocery store etc
Customer care don’t answer you , tv doesn’t work , toilet seat broken , half of the room lights don’t switch on
