"Lovely stay! Hope to return"

Very close to the beach. Older property but clean and comfortable. Staff was responsive to messages/questions but not at all in the way. We had a wonderful time. Levanto is a lovely town, people were very friendly, great shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach was also very nice.

Not a complaint, but there is no lift, which was communicated in the listing and prior to booking, so not a surprise , but the steps are steep and the stairs were slightly difficult for me (I have bad ankles). Despite this, I would still return here and would recommend it to anyone who does not have mobility issues.

Small but sweet balcony. Good shower. Overall efficient space. Resident pass for parking.

Decoration. Bathroom insufficient ventilation.

Excellent location and very friendly lady at reception. It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to use the capsule coffee machine. Despite not speaking Italian it was possible to communicate with a translator and borrow a wine opener, thank you very much! A great place for a short term stay.

Unfortunately the window in the room we rented was facing the air conditioners whose noise caused some discomfort when the window was open. With the window closed there was no problem. The door to the bathroom was a bit clipped and the fridge could have cooled a bit more strongly.
