You can hear your neighbours are talking about, sometimes there were too loud. Small window in the room without view

Absolutely fantastic Hotel, the location couldn’t be more central and close to the beach. We had a beautiful view to the ocean from our balcony. The room was clean and big enough to house three people and my dog <3 We will indeed come back ! Thank you

Good location

No visible street number made it harder to find. Room was small with steep stair access and above the restaurant which meant noise and smell drifted into the room.

Location was amazing in Levanto, we were able to easily visit Cinque Terre. Everything was very clean. Host was helpful.

Small room, but we knew that beforehand. Communicating was difficult, since host could only speak italian, and i didn't. But more my own fault. Had some trouble to find out how the parking for our car worked.

Perfectly situated in the old picturesque part of Levanto, minutes from the sea and piazza lined with cafés. Beautiful view and kind staff.

Location was great. 10 minute walk to the train station and 3 minute walk to the beach, which was really nice. The town is not that pretty, but that's a great advantage because all the mass tourism goes elsewhere. many restaurants in the immediate area. Levanto is great, but this accommodation is, well, lousy.

Perhaps I just had the worst room in the inn (#5). It was small and not entirely clean, the bed was hard, there was a water filtration system for the restaurant under my window which would make a terrible ruckus...on and off, on and off.... same with the air conditioning system for the restaurant. My air conditioning never got the room cool. There was no shampoo. No cleaning the room... no service whatsoever. No parking. And no wifi. Really?!?...no wifi...it wasn't broken, they just don't think that's a convenience worth paying for. It reminded me of places I stayed in the Mediterranean in 1993, except at 2023 prices.
