Nothing that we didn't like

The location was amazing - right on the Royal Mile very near to Holy Rood Palace. Beautiful views from the windows. coffee and tea available in kitchen. Dear little balcony.

Convenient location, well appointed and more affordable than hotels in the same location.

Little thing - The lights in the staircase weren’t on when we first arrived however they did subsequently come on.

Two bedroom near Holyrood. Nice views out the living room windows. Great location and I thought it was quiet. Others who slept in twin room said they did hear some bar noise. We went to Clarinda’s tea room for lunch after checking out and it was excellent.

I didn’t remember reading that it was on the third floor. It was a lot of step to carry your luggage up.

Excellent location. Great communication by owners. Felt safe and clean.

Apartment was on 3rd floor- no lift. Dragging luggage up was not pleasant.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN OUTSTANDING SPOT, CENTRE OF TOWN.

THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE TIRED AND NEEDS SOME TLC, COULD DO WITH A GOOD CLEAN THROUGHT, STAIRS TO REACH THE ROOM A PAIN FOR THOSE WITH SUITE CASES.

Great views of Edinburgh. David and Chelsey went above and beyond to find and send some clothes we left behind in the apartment. A big thank you for that.

Location was quite central for our needs , handy to shops if you need anything

It was a little shabby outside the apartment and check in could be a little earlier .
