Laughing Leopard Trinco

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. There is a great social area and family dinners hosted each night for a reasonable price so a really good place to meet people. They offer a variety of tours also (albeit we didn't do any personally). The rooms are a good size so there is space to move around and sort out bags etc. Free water refill and space to dry towels/clothes etc.

AC was only on in the dorms from 7pm - 7am and the rooms got very hot during the day which made any napping during the day pretty grim - there was no control of the temperature of the AC during the time it was on so one evening it was on 20 degrees all night and everybody in the room got cold and had to put jumpers on etc but the next night it was on 24 and it was much better.

The location was excellent right beside the beach and Fernando’s beach bar. Lots of other travellers staying and it had a nice seating area outside. Microwave and clothes racks available.

WiFi was bad, AC was only on 7pm-7am so by 8am you were v hot in bed. Beds not comfortable, rooms not clean. Too expensive for what we were paying. Staff were very unfriendly and cringey and constantly drinking or smoking and relaxed almost to the extent of us nearly missing our transport waiting for our change. Not great

The hostel has a great social space for everyone to hangout. The dorms have aircon and are very clean. Plus the location is perfect and is two minutes away from the beach.

Great vibe and wonderful freindly staff. Great hostel with large dormitory rooms and fab air com and was spotless and well maintained. Cool garden chilling area and two minute walk from beach. Crocodile tour and sunset was awesome. Great value for money and highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff.

No faults

Such a lovely bunch of people running this place. I went out of season and they were busy preparing the place, so it's going to be extra special soon. They're opening a cafe and we did some paratha tasting and WOW are they good. Very close to the beach and a few nice restaurants.

Very nice place to socialize. good place for people who like partying and meeting new people. cool hosts, nice environment, clean and next to the beach

the property is well maintained and well-built but was compeltely empty.

wifi was too slow and unstable - was very frustrating. the owner was not very friendly.
