Excellent location near to Castelrotto centre and ski rental shop - ground floor and kitchen areas are spacious and light

The owners do not live on-site and seemed inattentive to important details. For instance, they failed to provide us with instructions on how to reach the apartment before our arrival. On the day we were due to check in, I had to contact them myself to request access details, which was quite unexpected given that our stay had been prepaid months in advance. Moreover, upon arrival, we found the apartment inadequately cleaned, with leftover food still in the fridge and freezer. The provided access instructions were incorrect, and neither the boiler nor the central heating was working. This was especially concerning, as the apartment's indoor temperature was 15°C and we were asked to spend the night in these conditions. Resolving these issues required spending over an hour troubleshooting both inside and outside the apartment while on the phone with the owners. Although we eventually managed to get things working, the entire experience was extremely frustrating, particularly given the premium price of the apartment. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the bed area in the attic is only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. Furthermore, the single bathroom is located on the ground floor, which adds logistical challenges since the bedrooms are upstairs. This is something to keep in mind when considering the property especially if travelling with elderly people.

It’s spacious place furnished in local way, very nice. Beds are comfy, price is fair. The apartment is in the beautiful village. Contact with Jacopo was spotless - he allowed 7 of us to be in this apartment which was great

I loved the location of this place! It was very centered in Castlerotto. Also even though it is an apartment it feels like a winter cabin. Very nice and comfortable. I would recommend it!

Very cute apartment with amazing view. Great location to walk right into town center. Convenient parking.

It is very compact, the kitchen is tiny, hard to cook anything in. The bedrooms are all upstairs up a tiny spiral stair and they all have sloped ceiling with roof - we all hit our heads on the rafters. It's charming, but be aware that it's not spacious.

Amazing view, nice cozy accomodation with rustic stile. Very nice gesture from the host, awayting with cold beer, coca cola and snacks. Very good tap water. Underground parking.

The towels had a slight musty smell but they were clean.

I really liked the atmosphere of coziness of the house with all his beautiful wooden fornitures and the view of the mountain is really breath-taking. The house has everything you need inside. It Is a suitable apartament both for families and couple, moreover is pet-friendly, that is the reason why i have decided to retur for the second time.
