Friendliness of staff. Location to town. Nice cozy feel with Mountain View.

Very homey and quaint. Wonderful location! Perfect for our larger family. We were able to buy groceries for breakfast and picnics at the local supermarket. Less than 4 mile hike to Ruine Hauenstein.

We had some difficulty with the laundry facility, but Jacopo was very kind and refunded us for the inconvenience.

The house is super cozy and well furnished (it almost looks like a chalet in the woods). It has all the primary services inside, a breathtaking view of the mountain, very close to the center (5 minutes on foot), and also has a private parking inside which you can find a washing machine and a dryer that you can freely use. The host was very helpful for information about places to visit and the best restaurants in the area. It is an experience that I will certainly repeat in this house.

location & sun facing was fantastic walking distance to town walk paths near house incredible views near a bunny lift which was convenient but not great for snowboarders

narrow spiral staircase was not suitable to elderly family members and bringing suitcases to bedrooms only 1 bathroom downstairs was t convenient to bedrooms bring all upstairs all beds had sloped ceiling heights and obstructive wood causing quite a few head bangs
