Cleanliness Safety Location

Having no proper reception...I guess we expected hotel setup instead of apartments 🙃

It accomodated my whole family because the space was big enough for all of us.Everything was just perfect ,my kids enjoyed the view(habour) and the fact that they could walk to the beach.The place is safe.

Everything was perfect ,location is near the attractions ,Im definitely booking for next year.

It was clean and spacious

The host was very rude and made us uncomfortable

The place was comfortable, shops and entertainment were closer and it so easy to do the activities without making a lot traveling

there was no breakfast ,is self service

The housekeeper Palesa is so kind and helpful.

Wrong address was given, when called the host for the second time stranded, the person that picked the phone up was extremely rude, stating we must wait the address wil be sent whereas we were in a taxi to now go to the right place. Host never even checked if we were assisted. To many cockroaches

Is close to the beach and Ushaka , is literally a walking distance

We couldn’t use the blankets, they were dirty and had a smell

The place was perfect for me and my family we enjoyed the place the view was perfect.staff was welcoming.
