Lela Holiday Apartments

The property is very good,the thing that I didn't like the lift stuck and having twins that are asmatic. The oven doesn't have a pan inside.At least my family did enjoy the stay caus everything was near.

The accommodation was on the top floor and security and safety was amazing. The views was amazing of the harbour.

The bathroom needs updating. No toilet seat on the toilet. A panel of the shower door was missing. The tap is leaking/ spraying water all over your hair. The cockroaches in the fridge and bathroom must be eliminated. The sliding door in the room is off the hinge and not able to close. We booked for 5 people but only had four cups, four towels, three forks and two knives. No coffee, sugar or tea was provided. Better attention to small details that will go a far way.

The place is exactly as it's been said about it, so warm and welcoming, clean and felt like home. Everything was working and always had hot water, wifi on point and the whole house is stunning,great paintings on the walls and the place had so much space for the kids to also be out of our way lol. Definitely coming back here when coming to Durbs, it's closer to the beach and UShaka Marine, the lady who welcomed us always had a smile everytime we saw her and is so humble and helpful. This place chose us and we embraced it🥰 we loved everything about it...

The heat but that's not because of the place, it was raining so we couldn't open the windows much as the wind was also blowing forcefully.

The safety is very good and no loitering people around the buildings. Catakker is responding if you got a query. The building is very close to the each. Even the people living in the building are not making noise
