The rooms are super clean and very nice! I personally really liked the styling of the room. The lounge by the bar area is very large with comfortable couch seating and nice style. Also a 2nd seating area away from the bar, also nice. Staff was very friendly. Great location with plenty of bars/restaurants to choose from. 1/2 block from music venue and PPL Center a few blocks walking distance. Parking is a block from hotel. Can unload out front and park.

Room was small, no closet space. Ever hung on the wall on pegs! Very noisy during the night with motorcycles going through town!

Location is great. Decorations are excellent. Room layout is unique and convenient.

Not have the housekeeping staff let the gate of the linen stash slam closed over and over and over again in the morning. Have more bartenders and barbacks on staff. With the speed dating group at the bar, it was impossible to get a drink in less than 30 minutes. The two bartenders were overwhelmed by the number of customers and had to walk around the room to collect glasses instead of serving drinks. Severely understaffed!
