Friendly staff, nice hotel, and nice location next to the concert venue.

Representatives from the hotel failed to inform us that there would be no valet parking the day of check in and the day of checkout due to a festival taking place that weekend. The roads were blocked off on the day of checkout, and it took my husband close to an hour to find me around the corner from the hotel for this reason. It would have been beneficial to know this in advance, so we could've decided to stay here, or elsewhere.

Location is great. Decorations are excellent. Room layout is unique and convenient.

Not have the housekeeping staff let the gate of the linen stash slam closed over and over and over again in the morning. Have more bartenders and barbacks on staff. With the speed dating group at the bar, it was impossible to get a drink in less than 30 minutes. The two bartenders were overwhelmed by the number of customers and had to walk around the room to collect glasses instead of serving drinks. Severely understaffed!

Very nicely decorated. Great vibes. Free drink upon check in. Great area.

Blankets on beds are not comfortable.
