The room was clean, generous size, with comfortable bed.

Bathroom in 503 needs maintenance 1. Hole in wall exposing pipes 2. Leak under sink needs urgent repair . Dripping pipe makes noise and is causing water damage 3. No shampoo provided . I don’t know what was in the bottles in shower but they said ‘body lotion. These bottles were cute but not hygienic as they appear to be refilled , but refilled with what ?? 4. No where to hang towels 5. Lift was not working on departure day 6. Seemed very understaffed and desk staff could not understand my requests in English. (Tried 3 staff) 7. . On departure day, no one at reception. Another staff member took breakfast order and then payment for check out. She did not have access to money to provide change so had to ask friend for money to make correct payment I stayed here in 2024 also and loved it then which is why I went back. This time was disappointing

Rummet var väldigt fint och mysigt, sängen var otroligt mjuk och skön, bästa hittills! Läget är bra och nära till affärer, restauranger, samt att Thamel ligger på promenadavstånd eller enkelt med Taxi. Städpersonalen var otroligt gulliga och hjälpsamma. Managern var väldigt trevlig, tillmötesgående och framåt. Badrummet var rent och snyggt upplägg och allt du behövde fanns där. Vi rekommenderar att bo här om en vill bort från bruset i Centrum men ändå vill vara nära det.

Breakfast was really tasty with plenty to choose from. The location was super handy—close to everything I needed.

The service was excellent throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and efficient. I had no complaints at all.
