The beds were comfortable and the shower was clean. And the staff that we saw once when we checked in and left was nice.

We didn’t have breakfast as I was told I had to pay £10 per person for toast as this is all we would have wanted I would have thought paying over £100 for 1 night breakfast should have been included. Room was very hot the free standing air con that was in the was loud and useless we had to have the window open for the hose that was hanging out of it al night so the heat came in through the window and had to turn it off at night to try and sleep as it was to loud to leave on. I suggest that you pay for proper air con units that fit on the wall and very quiet and actually cool the room as windows can stay shut. The light above the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work also the light at bedside didn’t work. The fridge is in a cupboard under the table it was red hot when I opened the cupboard heat came out into the room that I’m trying to cool down and I’m sure that is not safe. It was clean but when trying to turn on the light in the bathroom above the sink there was dust on top of it so that got missed. With the pipe going out the window the blind didn’t shut properly.

Nothing room was absolutely roasting with a plug in fan which was not worth having honestly the worst stay I've had to date just sweating constantly with no air only plus side it had. A mini fridge to keep drinks cold .also very old and dated .carpets need to go holds to much heat . honestly was gonna just leave and find somewhere else

Everyone was very helpful and being so close to a Tube station is a real advantage.

The room I was had a slight problem in that the roller blind chain was quite high up.

I liked the size of the room and the feature of fireplace large comfortable bed and nice feel of carpet. Beautiful garden area where you can sit and relax at breakfast. Very pleasant LADY called Rita greeted me and guided me to my room she was very kind and helpful.

Strangely at night when I was trying to get to sleep there was noises maybe from water immersions or other machines in the building and WiFi was very intermittent when watching you tube on the television.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rustige buurt, zelfs op oudejaarsavond. Goed bed, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Eencoudige kamer maar met de benodigde voorzieningen (douche, bureau, smart-tv etc.)

Hygiène: de kamer was niet helemaal schoon toen we aankwamen. Tussendoor is deze gelukkig wel goed schoongemaakt.
