Very very convenient and good and big and spaced

Good size room, had fridge, and power shower. Comfy mattress. Room was at the front, due to the heat had to keep the window open, and noise was not a problem. Breakfast was quite tasty. Good location for the Northern Line underground, many eating places nearby.

No air con or lift (old building). Limited choice at breakfast.

Lovely big room with great view.

Maybe some cucumber/tomato to go with the cheese and egg at breakfast.

The outside of the property is very grand and kudos to the owners for preserving the look and feel of it! The rooms were comfortable, although a little dated, decor wise. We appreciated the instructions sent to us for accessing the property - they were clear and easy to follow and we found our room without issue. The garden is great.

Breakfast could have been more comprehensive. I was looking forward to an English breakfast with the option for sausages/bacon etc, but that was not visible (or available) on the day. Breakfast was acceptable. The reception when we walked into breakfast was slightly comical - we walked in and were greeted with "what do you want?" (as in 'why are you here') - all we we wanted was breakfast.

The only breakfast they offer is continental, and the choice is limited. Yet what is on offer is good.
