I liked the location,close to the tube station. Bathroom was clean.

Room should get some upgrade. No plugs next to the bed. No net curtains just blinds. Really bothered me. The long radiator under the big window was freezing cold as the room in December. Staff speak very little english. Also they ask my card details over the phone saying they didn’t get my card details which I updated 5days before my stay. Stayed on the top floor bedroom it was a windy night and something in the attic kept me awake, didn’t slept much.

Jackie is absolutely lovely. A fantastic host. Very accommodating. It was a luxury to have parking. The room was very spacious. I didn’t hear a thing and slept like a log. Very clean and comfortable. When I’m back in the area I’ll def book again ( also loved the view of her wonderful back garden. Wonderful to wake up too) Also lovely and warm ans was spoilt by the large double bed x

TV was a bit too high for me on the wall. Dear lord if that’s all that’s wrong they are doing well 🤣

Loved the complimentary breakfast and their understanding when I had a late checkout.

Pleasant breakfast area. Nice basic,quick breakfast

Room had a very bad smell which I believe came from the carpet. The carpet needs cleaning to freshen the room. The pillows are very lumpy and hard. Shame as the room has some lovely ornate features.

Second stay here and it was lovely, nice room lots of space and comfortable bed
