Heatherbank Guest House

Brilliant location for getting to Alexandra Palace. I've stayed here before and came back because I was very impressed. The rooms are lovely and clean, the staff are polite and there's a beautiful garden at the back of the property. Fabulous stay again, thank you so much for looking after us!

We had a lovely stay at Heatherbank Guest House. The staff were fantastic, and it was only a short walk from Woodside Park. Highly recommend!

I liked that the tube was right down the road. I liked the beds. I liked that our room was cleaned everyday. It was also in a quiet neighborhood.

The room was extremely stuffy, even when the temperature was moderate at night. The bathroom shower was extremely small and it made it hard to do anything.

Great location and easy to get there, parking outside too. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. Needed the fan on as it was warm and great it had a little fridge for our drinks

The decor is a little dated. The breakfast was poor, specifically the oat milk had gone off but when we pointed this out to staff she just shrugged her shoulders.The rest of the breakfast consisted mainly of pre-packaged cheap pastries.

A beautiful building and stunning gardens 😍 Large dining area Lovely owner. Wonderful to talk to her about the history of the building. I felt it was under used and somewhat dated. We talked about our past works and I mentioned I ran a Nursery school in the Middle East and her building could well lend it self to a change of business for additional revenue!

Help with suitcase and bag would have been appreciated as the stairs are quite steep to manage I would have liked a better quality of coffee in the room, even a simple cafetiere. Expensive room, as breakfast was extra.

The room was fantastic, backing onto the garden, with a kitchen dinner, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive.
