"Convenient location for local services."

Good Location. Not too far from Tube Station. Clean.

We stayed on a pretty hot day and found the desk fan in the room was not all that effective. Opening the window would have let in noise from an adjacent property.

Very friendly owner, good rooms, clean quiet. Good breakfast, nice breakfast room open to garden. Hassle free, relaxing stay. Good restaurants a walk away recommend San Georgio. Sainsburys at end of road and Woodside Oark Northern Line at other end. Great for access to Central London

"Such a good location, friendly and comfortable"

The breakfasts were excellent. The lady owner went out of her way to provide us with a cooked breakfast on the 2nd morning which wasn’t the continental option normally available.
