Elegant Urban Apartment

Location was good

Key boxes were incorrectly marked, so it was hard to know which one was our's. Had to use trial and error. Door handle to apartment was literally hanging off, making us worry about getting in and out. We taped it on to temporarily fix it. Repair man arrived very late at the end ouf our stay. Lightbulbs were burned out in one bedroom Hot water ran out a few minutes into shower. Apartment was advertised as having a washer and dryer, which was important to us in the midst of our travels. It did not. We were told it had a combo machine that washed and dried. It did not. It was just a washer.

The host is very responsive. Although a bit hiccup when getting the key in the lock box as we were given wrong number we called the host and it was sorted immediately.

Water isnt flowing down in the toilet causing the whole apartment having unpleasant smell. Host has come to try to fix but not able to.

very clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, well-equipped. the location is perfect for long trips around Bergen - close to everything. the owner helped us because we had a late departure - he allowed us to stay late in the apartment

We had a reservation for 6 people - there were 5 chairs in the dining room

Location

Door handle falls off. If I had screws and a screwdriver I would have fixed it. Some of the outlets were wonky and didn’t work. Need paper towels and dish towels. Need soap—bathroom dispenser empty—we put some dish soap into it. No garbage instructions or recycle.

I like the shower and the bed is comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. BIG TV with Netflix. It is situated in the area with beautiful colorful small houses. I like the neighbourhood very much. It makes you feel like kinda of staying in a fairy town.

Elegant was just at name. Lots of deficiencies. Lack of wardrobes.

Quality furniture and equipment all way through. You really feel home here. Free coffee capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. Nice bath, well equipped kitchen and sharp knives

Sheets for the double beds are made for single beds so they didn’t cover the full bed and crept up during the night. The cooking pan was the only cheap thing and was really bad. The stove only had one functioning “burner”
