Lovely, idyllic and quaint hotel in the middle of the old town of Chiang Mai. A lovely couple who own the hotel and give very personal attention to each visitor. The husband runs a small coffee shop and he roast coffee beans himself. This give the courtyard a lovely coffee smell. They have laundry service and good breakfast.. The place is highly recommended.

Perfect hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Chiang Mai. It was very clean, our hosts were super friendly, the room was spacious and we had a good time. Plus: they have a separate coffee roaster on their property, where you can get perfect coffee (need to pay separately but worth it). Would definitely come back.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Chiang Mai ma in un cortile interno tranquillissimo senza rumori. Struttura pulitissima e accogliente. Ottima colazione, con 6 piatti combinati a scelta, soprattutto salati, servita nel giardino. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e disponibile. Stesso all'interno del cortile, c'è un minuscolo bar appartenente alla famiglia che fa un espresso con caffè locale tosato dal proprietario stesso davvero eccezionale.

Loved the authentic Thai feeling it had to it! It was warm, welcoming and very clean. I addition, the breakfast was much more than we were expecting! Fabulous Thai food for breakfast, like who could ask for more!! Location is perfect as close to the night market and many restaurants and cafes. Another nice touch is that there is also a lovely cafe and roastery on the property called the Pegasus.
