"A must stay in Chiang Mai"

The homie atmosphere and the bed and breakfast vibes make this hotel a standout. The courtyard with a koi pond and coffee shop really make our stay an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were so nice and they cooked us the best breakfast ever!!!

The bed was a little stiff for western standards and the room only came with a TV with cable.

The location is very good because inside the old town.

Not very friendly for those who got big luggage and heavy bcoz need to climb the staircase. We need to walk all the way inside the alley to get into the premise. Layout inside the room is just a nice room, I don't really like the location of the closet in front of the toilet making the alley very narrow.

Lovely breakfast in charming courtyard. owners wonderful and very hands on. morning coffee in the owners special cafe, delicious lattes.

"Good hotel let down by a few factors"

Rooms were really nice. Great position .breakfast was limited with only cooked options available .no cereal or yogurt.had a problem with the toilet which took 3 days to fix. The courtyard could be lovely but currently filled with a car and motorbikes. Poor owners dog was roped up a lot.
