Aires Gouveia Penthouse

You get a personal use elevator to your own penthouse. Clean and tidy with all the gadgets and equipment you need, including a washing machine which was amazing after finishing a week long Camino.

There was no air conditioning anywhere but there was two large rickety fans. There should have been a black out blind to keep the hot sun out but it was broken. That mixed with no a/c sleeping was impossible.

It was clean, had all the necessary stuff. The view was good

The elevator was not working which was the main turn off for us.

Great location for old town. Nice cafe and bar on the corner. Parking at top of the road, covered and secure. Private lift

Lots of roadworks going on, navigating an unfamiliar town was entertaining.

Lokalita

1. Neodpovídal poměr ceny a kvality ubytování. 2. Při příchodu byl v ubytování nepříjemný zápach, zřejmě z kanalizace. 3. Nefungoval systém vyzvednutí a vrácení klíčů. 4. V ubytování byly pouze péřové deky a polštáře, což je alergické a podle mě do ubytovacího zařízení nevhodné. Toto byl náš jediný požadavek na výměnu, za což si majitel naůčtoval 54 Euro a komunikace byla velmi složitá. 5. Matrace v hlavní posteli byla velmi proležená, na rozkládací pohovce nebylo možné spát, matrace nebyla ani v rovině. 6. Poslední den nebyl funkční výtah. 7. Na obou WC byly utržená prkýnka.
