Noah Longstay Apartment

The property was well located within walking distance to town. It had so much potential but, unfortunately, that’s where it stopped. We sent a msg to get info about getting into the place but there was no return just the first rude comment that we didn’t call. Not all travellers have the ability to call. We asked for a high chair but it wasn’t in the apartment as stated. After the night we were woken with the reality of this uninhabitable place. There was evidence of bedbugs in both the beds we slept in. Our grandson was bitten badly and blood stains were evident on both beds. We notified the management at 8.20am and didn’t get a response until 8.56. We had no choice but to vacate the place asap. They finally got back and accused us of bringing the bed bugs into the accommodation. Their communication with us left us with no option but to deal directly with booking.com. I did not want to argue with management The outcome has been less than acceptable with no refund and a miserable credit offered from booking.com. After looking at other reviews it is more than evident than this place should not be listed on this site. The standard of cleanliness has been commented on frequently. We have lost money with what should have been a positive experience.

Very friendly staff which goes above and beyond to assist you! Comfortable apt (on Köpingsvägen 29) with 4 bedrooms, perfect for us as one couple & 3 single adults. Very good price, will stay again.

Weren't enough coffee mugs & teaspoons for 5. Only bath towels, no hand towels. On the other hand, had I mentioned this to staff I'm sure it would have been delivered promptly so maybe not even worth a complaint.
