Everything about the property was amazing. The pool was so clean. The garden was beautiful. Everything worked in the location was amazing.

The food to be ordered from the property was not the best below standard

Ванная в ужасном состоянии, в целом все уставшее, по такой цене можно найти более приятное жилье. Видела фото завтрак на прошлых отзывах, но видимо это было очень давно, тк сейчас это совсем иначе выглядит.

It’s good location to access to Kelingking beach. Walking distance for 7mins and you are there. First day my room shower has broken pipe and hot water is only last 10-15mins. Then it’s gone. Next day I told the manager there, he helped to changed the pipe quite soon. So I manage to have longer shower afterwards. But I feel the hot shower do not have enough hot water for me, coz I usually need to take 30-40mins shower. The hot water there could only be 20mins ? I didn’t dare to use more. The manager is very helpful. He helps me to book fast boat tickets from mainland to nusa penida and back. Arranged transportation pick up and send off. Even picked from Sanur to Ubud again. He also super helpful to arranged my snorkelling trip to see manta. And I did saw Manta at manta point! That’s amazing! He also helped me arranged car to crystal bay to enjoy myself. The price in nusa penida is more expensive than Bali, but that understandable considering Nusa Penida is an island with limited resources. There’s a good seafood restaurant 200m in front of the villa. So that is highly recommend. The Villa everyday bring you 2 small bottle of water. So it’s enough for myself to drink. They offer kettles and tea cups and free tea bags. The air con is really great. But they do not have safety box and suitcase rack if you have a big suitcase, they will offer to use the balcony small square table but it’s not big enough. So I told the manager to prepare it in the future. Coz I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who bring a huge suitcase here. In general it’s a pleasant trip, I won’t put too much expectation here even tho it’s called a villa and do have a lovely swimming pool. The good thing is it’s very quiet in general, the bed is comfortable to have a nice sleep.

No suitcase racks, not enough hot water supply. Internet speed is not fast enough. Breakfast is so so, chicken burger is not chicken, it’s kinda like chicken ish something, but I wouldn’t call it chicken. The staff English is ok, Bali has better for sure. Their maths are not that great, so I make sure they won’t lose money😆

The location is perfect, as you can simply walk to the best views of the island. Restaurants and convenience stores near by. The hosts were great. Every wish fulfilled, very helpful.

Only thing I would change is a little cooler temperature on the AC.
