Amazing !!! The location with sea view was just perfect, a tropical garden, a very comfortable and cosy house, we wanted for nothing. Our host was also very special, providing us with good tips throughout our stay and being an incredibly good host. If you want to feel really at home on holiday and get to know the island at its best, this is the place for you.

Amazing stay, the place felt so special with so much attention to detail. Would highly highly recommend staying here. Top tips of places to see and eat from the host were extremely helpful. The bed was huge and so comfy. Even had some local goodies waiting on the table for our arrival which were lovely to arrive to after our day of travelling, especially the little Madeira cake! The property is absolutely beautiful, decorated and furnished to a really high standard and provided everything we needed as well as a lovely welcome pack which was a really nice surprise on arrival. It was peaceful and relaxing, with a great view and an exceptional host. We did not want to leave!

Absolutely nothing negative to say. It was a little trickier to get around as we chose not to hire a car but we befriended the local taxi driver, Mauricio, and he enhanced our holiday even further!

Our stay at Blooming for our holiday was absolutely fantastic. Not only the interior design, but also the garden and pool were beautiful. Moreover, the house had everything we needed, making it perfect for our stay. Jeroen was an exceptional host, providing great tips for activities, restaurants, bars, and even taking us to a secluded swimming spot. We highly recommend staying here – you'll love it. Jeroen's attention to detail, along with his warm hospitality, truly made our holiday memorable.

The property consists of four small rental houses and the owners own home.They are built so that each is private and not overlooked with views all the way down to the sea.The house is modern and very comfortably furnished.There are two sets of glass patio doors leading to a small garden and large patio with dining table and chairs as well as sun loungers and a sun umbrella.The kitchen is well equipped as is the bathroom which also has an excellent shower.The downstairs bedroom has great storage space and a very comfortable king sized bed. We didn’t use the loft bedroom. Although we didn’t need them each room has an air conditioning unit and the living room has a large flat screen TV.Another great feature is having access to a swimming pool especially after a long day walking.Additionally each house has its own dedicated parking spot . Our host ,Jeroen ,was very friendly and helpful.He welcomed us with a gift of wine and snacks and gave us information about places we should visit and local restaurants and bars.

Like everywhere in Madeira access to the property is from a steep hill but following Jeroen’s instructions made it easy and straightforward.

Jeroen is simply a great host. Attentive, discreet and extremely likeable. The house is of the perfect size. Large bathroom and master bedroom coupled with a practical living room and kitchen and a cozy attic.

Jeroen has really focused on the details so a part from tricky parking if you’ve got a big car there you are left wanting for nothing.
