We had a great stay at Hotel Firststay Hongdae. Everything was excellent throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The overall service quality was great and made our trip much more enjoyable. A special thanks to the receptionist Jin, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Jin assisted us with everything we needed and always approached us with a warm and professional attitude. Please pass along our thanks and appreciation to Jin for making our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

Location of the property is well situated. Had a great stay. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were helped by Min. Can only recommend this hotel! The hotel has a separated shower in the bathroom. Not all hotels have it in Seoul.
