Lage, Frühstück und das sehr nette Personal.

Steckdosen im Zimmer haben leider nicht funktioniert.

Room feels quite new, beds are good.

Everything is not quite finished, open power outlet, cables hanging out. You have to open the room with the spare key instead of a key card. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent and the shower doors don’t close properly. Also no shampoo and shower gel. After asking, there is some sort of WiFi that can’t even load whatsapp properly. Mobile reception isn’t stable inside the building either. Very noisy, you can hear the reception (all staff conversations, guest conversations and the hotel phone ringing) at all hours. Breakfast was in an unfinished room downstairs. Bread was old, things normally eaten hot (like eggs, vegetables and potatoes) were just left on the buffet in the pans unheated or unrefrigerated for hours. This hotel is honestly not worth the price. We could luckily cancel the other night we were supposed to stay here.

Hotel jest modernizowany , zatem mogą zdarzać pewne niedogonienia. Ale po interwencji gości uzyskuje się podstawę potrzeby. Mimo tego warto przyjechać

I like the breakfast food and the room size

No elevator and assistance in carrying our lagguages

We had a bad start arriving in Bishkek, as there was no one at the airport to meet us, as we had arranged with the hotel. However, very kind people phoned for us, and eventually the driver arrived. There may have been problems on the road which were not his fault, I'm not sure, but once in the warm car, we were happy. When we got to the hotel, we paid for our stay and was rewarded with 5 little trinkets - magnets and keyrings, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was fantastic, so much to eat, hot and cold food, savory and sweet, and as much as you want. Tea and coffee too. It was all delicious. Unfortunately, only one morning of our short stay was free for us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, but we had something every day, even when we were leaving on trips before 8am, when breakfast officially starts. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Lovely soft towels felt really luxurious, way more than we expected for the price. We just wish we could have stayed longer. If (or rather when) we return to Bishkek, we will be staying here.

The transfer to the hotel was messy, but we requested a transfer back to the airport at 1am, and it was spot on. The hotel may seems a bit too far out of the centre for some, but it is about a 30min walk, and there are many restaurants and cheap places to eat around the hotel. We especially liked a small samsa shop that was open 24hours. A good 24hr supermarket is also just next door to the hotel.
