Really good central location.

Noise from the bars downstairs was extreme (bring earplugs). Flat could use heavy curtains on the windows to muffle the sound a bit. Washing machine had a damp towel in it when we arrived and smelled really badly of mildew, which stuck to the clothes we washed. Shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was scalding.

Was really clean and cozy. Bed was super comfortable. Very close to everything

Very loud at night since kings street is below with bars and pubs. Wouldn’t recommend for a family but great for if you are wanting to party

Great location right in the centre. Good sized rooms, clean, good comms from the owner.

We stayed on a Friday night in September. The weather was excellent, meaning King street, which is immediately below the apartment windows was rammed full of revellers enjoying themselves - this is a pedestrian street crammed with wooden pub tables for its entire width and length. The noise in the apartment was absolutely deafening - it sounded like being in bed in the middle of a busy bar, and the noise carries on well into the early hours. Luckily I travel with earplugs so was able to get to sleep, and I actually had quite a good night, but you should be forewarned in case this would be a problem for you. I imagine it’s much quieter during the week or in poor weather.

Beautifully presented, very central location. Excellent communication from host.

As it is a very central and lively location, it can be noisy at night (weekends) so might not suit young families at weekends. Did not bother us though, was a great location with immediate access to everything in the city centre.
