Traditional Croft house

The property was well positioned for many of the beaches and walk in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Warm and comfortable with good Wifi.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable house. Also, many thanks to the host for being responsive and flexible when our travel plans were disrupted at short notice due to bad weather.

Lovely peaceful croft which was warm and cosy.

The only small downside, but many will find this a benefit, was that you needed a vehicle to get about and to the shop or hotel. It is quite remote and you can't really walk anywhere from here in less than an hour. Buchanan's Taxi were brilliant though .

The cottage was really comfortable, with lots of space and some great touches, like board games to play. It felt really traditional, but still had the modern touches we wanted. We found the location great, as it was easy to visit all the islands around Benbecula. The hosts were always quick to reply, and very friendly. We especially liked the sheep in the field next to the cottage!

Warm, comfortable, spacious, well equiped, parking, lots of hot water, heated towel rail in bathrooms to dry things

No tumble drier but we knew that when we booked it so not a fault of the house.

Very peaceful.

Could have made it easier to work out the cooker, washing machine, dushwasher, TV, etc - but we got there in the end!

A fantastic home from home and couldn't feel more welcome. Had everything we needed and the surroundings are stunning.. Would definitely return

The house was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a beautiful location right in with nature . Short eared owls prowling the fields. The hostsvery kindly offered their services as a taxi if we wanted to go out and have a drink . They also left us some absolutely delicious home made warm scones . They didn't last very long !

It was difficult to find as the number was not obvious from the road . It also looked quite tired from the outside which was certainly not the case on the inside.
