Lovely and clean and user friendly

Close location to my destination appointment the next morning. The host was eventually helpful and responded to our requests. See below.

Living room: *The cheap lampstand fell apart when touched! * Sofa bed minus bedding! Requested extra bedding for the second adult as none supplied despite there being a sofa bed for the 2nd adult to sleep on. - Host inutially tefused and assumed the two adults would share the double bed. Host eventually responded in the night with an extra duvet, pillow, and sheets. Windows/glasses doors: * Dirty! Required cleaning. * Frech doors led to a very unkempt garden. * No doormat to wipe feet upon reentering! Bedroom: *The cheap lampstand fell apart when touched! *The iron was unusable and had a bridge of something burnt encrusted underneath! The iron short circuited the electrical power on each attempted use! *No spare bedding available Kitchen: * Chipped mugs! * No plates! * No glasses! * 1xmissing cereal bowl Host replaced the chipped mugs and provided missing drinking glasses and bedding following phone call complaints. Bathroom - Wetroom: * Light bulb over mirror blown. There is no window/natural light in the room. No effective lighting for us, ladies! * Morning shower issues due to no hot water/power failure. The host swiftly responded to the electrical power failure upon each callout. .

Very good public transport near by. Easy self check in. Good for short stay or if you are not planning to stay indoors for a long periodm, very basic.

Bathroom shower in adequate, whole bathroom is a shower room, very wet. Apartment too basic for long stay, not enough very comfortable if had to stay indoors. Mattress on bed needs to be more supported.

We couldn't get the cooker on beds where terrible broken beds toilet wouldn't flush not enough dishes place was dirty wasn't cleaner floors where disgusting 😒

Location was perfect and the neighbour was great. Has parking in the driveways for multiple cars which they should state as that is a plus point. Has Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Would be nice to have a basic instruction guide for the use of it. Property Has the potential to be amazing. Did have a lota for the bathroom (iykyk). Would have been better to have a smaller one that fits the sink. Nice size place for a family of 6. Would stay here again and would recommend.

No locks in the bathroom or bedrooms so no privacy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, noisy and springy mattress, definitely needs a change. Pillows need replacing, lumpy and clumpy. Only one bedroom had a TV. Would have been nice to have one in each room. One bedroom had a dressing table, again would be nice to have one in both rooms. One bedroom had a clothes rack was but not a single hanger. Had an iron that’s so leaky but no iron board. Would be nice to provide at least 4 toilet rolls for a family of 6 staying 3 nights. Floors need a good steam clean especially the bathroom. There was definitely no garden view as you could barely see anything and for what you could see there was nothing worth seeing. There was only one bathroom as I believe it stated it had 2. Check out is too early. Should be 11am and check in is too late. Should be 1pm like most places. All constructive feedback.
