Ground floor meaning no stairs! Full kitchen with lots of condiments. Carlo was a great host letting us in earlier due to our early flight arrival. We were amazed by the Super Queen self service laundromat nearby. Very modern, clean, cheap and no hassle for English speakers.

All was well. My only suggestion as a New Zealander would be a kettle and a toaster but that’s just a preference. I very much recommend this place

A very nice ground-floor flat with all possible comforts. Extremely clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. An added advantage is its exceptionally convenient location—just 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from a supermarket. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but they’re far enough away that the apartment remains quiet and peaceful. The biggest highlight, though, is the owner and his family, who made our stay and all the arrangements hassle-free. The owner’s son, Fabio, speaks excellent English, which made communication incredibly straightforward. Fabio also helped with the airport transfer. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The apartment is absolutely OK, but I would name it a studio rather than one-bedroom flat.

The place itself was really great! Very bright, clean and spacious. We got everything we needed, the kitchen equipped with electric stove, fridge and dishes, the bathroom and the balcony with a washing machine. The beds were comfy ( there was 1 extra folded bed for the 3rd person). The AC cooled down the place super quickly. There's also an iron, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, body lotion and shower gel waiting for the guests. The host, Isabela, was lovely. She let us in and explained all the details. We could always contact her and her husband if any questions arises. At night, the neighbourhood becomes very quiet. It is safe and lovely. You can find bars, markets, shops, cafes and gelaterias around. The Metro going straight to Rome is just 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment.

We didn't like the city itself, we expected beaches to be better (and cleaner). However, if you want to visit Rome and spend the night in a calm, quiet place, this one is perfect for you!

Everything was clean, ample storage space, and the communication with the host was excellent. A/C was nice and having a balcony also. The location is not too sunny, close to the beach (10-minute walk), pharmacies, markets and 5-minute walk to the local train station to go to Rome. The price was good too.

The building is somewhat noisy because the walls are not well soundproofed and people sometimes arrive or leave in the middle of the night talking loudly and slamming doors. Also there could have been more pillows or a comfortable chair; we only had the beds and 3 small straight chairs in the dinig area so there was nothing to sit and relax.
