We had a very pleasant stay at Ipana Apartments. The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the rooms comfortably cool, even during very hot days. It was also well equipped with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen, which made our stay much easier. The pool area (which is really nice) and the gym were both clean and there were not too many people at once (there are in total 4 rooftop pools). There is a rooftop bar and also opportunity to get massage (we did not try this). The location is excellent — safe and central, with short walking distance to both 5th Avenue and the beach. The internet connection worked well throughout our stay, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay, combining comfort, convenience, and a perfect location. We would definitely recommend Ipana Apartments.

There were some trouble with the electricity (in the whole area, not only Ipana - so it is not really their fault) and the internet connection on the rooftop was not good.
