Love the location and how clean it is

We loved the location. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The weather was not great because of high winds for many of the 9 days we stayed in Playa del Carmen. So having the 3 rooftop pools with a pool bar was an added bonus since going to the beach was difficult. The apartment had everything you would need to cook. The balcony was great to sit on in the early morning and evening. If you’re looking for a great place and a great value look no further. Ana is very helpful and quick to respond.

Clean spacious quiet easy

The rooftop pool view is incredible.

The staff promise things and don't always deliver on them. The hot water constantly had issues. The wifi was very spotty. Many pool seat cushions and umbrellas were missing.

Location

The bed is small, if you are more than 1.70 and not small you will not fit in the bed. The sofa is small super uncomfortable. The say nobody can do party in the building but they do. Impossible to sleep.

We had an issue at the beginning but it got solved by contacting the staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complex has great facilities, gym, roof pool, etc all free of charge.

The room gets cleaned once at the beginning, if you are staying longer and need to schedule a cleaning, you will have to pay yourself

Great location and lovely apartment

Bad smell every time we came back to apartment as soon as we opened door, it took us 10 mins to get used to smell
