The host was really trying his best, and bought new pillows for us. Also always available to get us a taxi.

The accomodation was not clean. Outside trash can still had trash from previous guests, and the pillows (as well as other things) we’re covered in mold.

El personal de esa isla en general solo va a sacar tajada de cualquier cosa es un abuso constante y todo son problema y soluciones simpre pagando pagando y pagando . Nada más llegar nuestro conductor nos dejó tirados y el del hotel nos cobró el doble por buscar un conductor y todo está lejos así que estás vendido, no volvería a Nusa Penida una experiencia negativa

La piscine privée. Le monsieur qui gère l’établissement.

La réception physique (absente), la proximité.

We loved the swimming pool. The room was very spacious and the staff very accomodating. Bathroom was very big and nicely furnished. The restaurant delivering food following a request to the structure's staff is an added value.

Nothing specific. The sink in the bathroom was very slow in draining water. The doorlock was slightly defective making it not super easy to lock the door.

Safe did not work/lock Door was difficult to lock, required x2 people to hold together for it to lock Bathroom was quite dirty, didn’t feel comfortable using the soaps provided Mini fridge was empty Bed/bathroom linen did not appear clean
