Great property.

A little confusion about the entry and key situation.

Sehr gutes Apartment, welches meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat für meine berufliche Tätigkeit in Rotterdam. Auch der Roomservice und die Ansprechpartner von alphabet apartments sind jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr guter Service.

Location was amazing. Close to supermarkets and places to walk to and eat. Walkable to city centre or could take the closeby metro. Apartment was very spacious and if weather was better, would be nice to sit outside.

Lift broke down and we had to climb 7 floors of steep stairs. Felt sorry for those lugging suitcases or heavy items. Would have been nice to be able to use laundry facilities on site or have one in apartment. They wete very slow in returning the security deposit despite several reminders but did so after intervention from Booking.com. We would stay there again but am wary about return of security deposit. Messaging service regarding other queries whilst we were there were very good. There was daily service to empty bins.

The location, the view, the space, the area.

We truly liked everything about the property. We had everything. Maybe a toaster would be a good addition.

Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, utensilios para cocinar. Papel absorbente, aceite, sal, y pimienta. Champú y jabón de ducha ! Muy bien
