had verkeerde code gekregen en wer wel netjes opgelost maar duurde even

Le logement (ch 15) propose de beaux espaces pour les différentes pièces. Il est propre et fonctionnel. Le balcon est un vrai+. Le studio est lumineux. La literie est très correcte. J'ai apprécié sa situation géographique avec le métro et le commerce au pied de l'immeuble.

Il faudrait des porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. Les femmes de ménage ne sont pas passées. D'autre part, ne pas de guichet d'accueil est pour moi très inhabituel. Le contact humain (conseils, en cas de problème...) me semble essentiel dans l'hôtellerie.

Very clean and well-maintained apartment. The check-in process was smooth and the location was convenient for exploring Rotterdam. During my stay there was an issue with the main shower in the original unit, but the team handled the situation professionally. They arranged a move to another apartment on the same floor and offered compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciate their quick response and helpful attitude. Overall a good stay and I would be happy to book with Alphabet Apartments again.
