Chris and the team were really great and accommodating at short notice as our other booking fell through. Excellent locationand great place to stay, the outside are was a bonus.

Appreciate not allocated parking, rather suggested parking but it was nearly always in use

Lovely little place. Great location for walking into the centre. Very clean and modern with lovely fixtures and fittings. Furniture is clean and high spec. The online details and welcome include all the relevant details for the apartment and are incredibly comprehensive, even including videos. It's the best I've ever seen and I travel a lot.

Parking. If you have a car you need to be aware that the 4 slots outside the property do not belong to anyone and are called free parking which means they are on a first come first served basis. If you get a space you are lucky and be aware it is tight for manoeuvring. I had a particularly bad time trying to procure a space and the area surrounding the property has parking for a 2 hour limit. All in all this was the biggest irritating issue for me and could cause problems. No shower gel. Very narrow winding stairs. Not good for older people or large suitcases.

Lovely house, comfortable, nicely decorated, convenient location, perfect for what we needed. Great customer service - Minor issue getting the keys. We arrived at 8pm on a Friday night to find we had been given the wrong code for the lockbox. However, this was quickly resolved with a phone call where I spoke to an actual person! Very helpful and resolved the issue.

House was cold when we arrived.

Location was brilliant, a stone throw (in our case walk across the bridge), however 2nd day the bridge began to close because of works. The welcome guide was extremely useful and informative, especially with explaining how to get keys, and the very important notes about parking. Lots of pots, pans, utensils, condiments available, washing liquid. Very comfortable sofa and chaise lounge very good shower, lots of towels. There are two entrances/exits to the property! I figured it out eventually Cleanish kettle, good amount of toilet paper. After a 4.5 hour drive the comfortable bed was appreciated and the clever lights which I could dim downstairs. The dodgy wifi. Was trying to watch bbc iplayer on demand and it kept buffering! The soap was EMPTY in the bathroom :( :(((( We arrived on sunday late afternoon (check in was 4pm), but 'free' parking spot were all taken (there's only probably about 4-5 'free' spots), so we had to on the road behind the accommodation, and lug our things to the property in 3 trips ( was travelling with my elderly mum) Monday- Friday 9am-6pm some roads free parking for 2 hours and no return 4 hours. Lucky for us, few hours later the 'free' parking spot became free and was able to park there- which meant I thought twice before moving my car incase I lost my spot (I was visiting a uni student) Fortunately, I was able to come back to the free spot despite having to use my car the following day (thank god!) The guide was VERY handy outlining which spots can or cannot park. There are two entrances/exits to the property! No iron or ironing board. Shower hot water could be extremely hot, or extremely cold, even small change in the dial could have major results, but was good shower

The location was fantastic, and so central. The house was in a nice and quiet area too, such a lovely little pocket within the centre of the city. The place was also very clean and comfortable to stay in.

We didn't have hand soap, nor any kitchen roll, so that was a bit difficult. The parking is also incredibly limited and I tried to get in touch with the property manager but they didn't answer. Overall though, they didn't affect us too much. The location and the house itself were very nice.
