Boutique Apartments Panamá Marbella

The apartment is great as well as the location. The space is good, great air conditioners, good beds. The staff of the building are very nice as well as the owner that was always checking if we were well accommodated. A suggestion now is to give another pair of towels for long stays. Specially because of the pool. Indicate how people can get to the right address. The street in the advertisement is not correct, so you could say that people can use the building’s name.

However, the apartment was not as clean as we expected.. a lot of dust in the bathroom, living room and bedroom. We found some trash below the bed, that could be easily brush it out. The toilet flush of the suite is not working properly and the blackout cortine is broken. The kitchen soap was more water than soap, it’s better to say the guest needs to buy those kind of things than have it like that. There was no face towel, not enough glasses for the amount of allowed people in the apartment. Also dirty! The social bathroom has an awful smell coming from the drain.

Clean, quiet apartment with privacy and comfort. Close to restaurants, shopping, the cinta costera, banks, and public transportation.

We saw a cockroach in our room and I did not like the fact that they’re weren’t no extra towels are sheet.

The property is in a great location centrally in Marbella within short walk of wonderful restaurants, the cinta costera where you can walk or scooter all the way to Casco Viejo, pharmacies and convenience stores. The view is nice and the apartment was totally renovated and updated.

The furniture isn’t very luxurious or comfortable and there are no decorations like art on the walls to make it feel cosy. During our stay there were too many bugs in the bathrooms.
