"Newer building in excellent location but not luxurious"

Location was excellent and pool was nice

WiFi kept going out, one bed was uncomfortable and so was the sofa. Tv only had YouTube. None of my streaming services from US worked in panama and none were provided. I was unable to cast/airplay to tv. On booking they wanted to know what time I would arrive so someone would let me in and I advised 2 pm and they confirmed 2 pm but when I got there they made me wait until 3.

"Disappointing"

Size of apartment was fine and apartment was mostly clean.

Location was horrible, we never got a fob to freely access property or gym, one toilet wasn’t working, front desk staff wasn’t great.
