Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La posizione e il rimborso parziale della quota

L'appartamento ha diverse problematiche: il divano presenta delle macchie sospetti e ha le molle rotte, in bagno, il doccino si tiene su grazie a delle fascette provvisorie e del nastro isolante, il phon fa un brutto rumore. La prenotazione è stata fatta per 4 persone: mancavano gli asciugamani per uno degli ospiti e il completo per il divano letto. In sala le sedie utilizzabili era 1 su 4. Non ci sono dei veri e propri bicchieri, ma delle coppe gelato con cui bere, come non c'erano pezze per la cucina. Le stoviglie erano sporche. Il tutto è stato ovviamente riportato all'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento che ha risolto qualche problema, con i loro tempi.

"Torino per laurea , ma un incubo di b&b"

Non c era nulla per la colazione. La posizione è ottimale e la casa aveva cine unico punto positivo il pavimento parquet

A parte i letti puliti, tutto il resto era sporco. Tutto pieno di polvere tanto da crearci delle crisi asmatiche. Sotto i letti c era di tutto!!!! Così come in tutte le parti della casS. Muffa sulle pareti( abbiamo foto). Il vano doccia pieno di peli. Mia moglie è stata a pulire 1 giorno per poterci fare la doccia con un doccino rotto che sparava dappertutto e persino a odore di fogna dal lavandino del lavabo. Insomma una porcheria unica. Spero di poter avere un rimborso, visto quanto accaduto
