The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

decent location

awful bed mattress , couch in lounge dirty and uncomfortable , broken side lamp , broken handle on kitchen draw , dirty TV controls , inadequate supply of toilet paper, no tea or coffee

"The relation cost- quality is not fair."

The location

Unfortunately we booked this apartment twice and it was no possible to cancel it without an extra cost. When we arrived to the apartment the second time, it smell full to smoking. In the kitchen there was no towel. The appliances (oven, coffee maker, was machine) did not work.

The department is in nice neighborhood. There are supermarkets and stores close to it.

the staff was not serious. They offered to give me a service that they later refused to give even though I showed them on my phone that they had promised to do so. The appliances (wasmachine, oven) do not work

Location. Responsiveness on the WhatsApp chat.

Apartment was dirty, appliances old and very poorly maintained, sofa stained and greasy. Floor so dirty that everything that touched it became grey. After the first complaint, the agency managing the property offered a "refreshment" of the cleaning service, but the apartment has not been cleaned for so long that a quick "refreshment" could barely do something. The washing machine was so full of limestone and so old that it could not be used. The air conditioning filters have probably never been cleaned.

"Reasonable price in a good location"

It was 5-8 minute walk to Polito campus.

The AC was not working properly and dripping water to the neighbor below (they made a complaint). There were mosquitos.
