Whether it was the well-manicured gardens, the common areas, or the rooms themselves, everything felt pristine and carefully looked after. ​Exceptional Service: Shoutout to Raeez & Abhijit ​What truly sets this resort apart is the warmth of its people. I want to give a special mention to Raeez and Abhijit. These two gentlemen truly embody the spirit of hospitality. ​They consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed. ​Their proactive approach and willingness to support any request made a significant difference in our experience. ​It’s rare to find staff so genuinely committed to guest satisfaction; they are a huge asset to the Sterling team.

Regarding the dining experience, the food options were somewhat selective. However, this is entirely understandable given the current global energy crisis impacting supply chains and logistics. Despite a tighter menu, the quality of what was served remained high, and the flavors were authentic. It’s clear the kitchen team is doing an admirable job of maintaining standards while being mindful of the broader situation.

The kids cycle is not in good condition, the swimming pool is not clean , night dinner is somewhat ok
