Sterling Lontano Waterfront Wayanad

Lenyűgöző volt a táj, gyönyörű környezet. A hotel is szép és kényelmes. A gyerekek is élvezték a sok játéklehetőséget. A környéken sokmindent lehet csinálni.

Több apró, bosszantó vagy kellemetlen dolog volt, pl a hűtőszekrény forró volt és fűtött, wc papír gagyi, és azért is kunyerálni kellett hogy kaphassunk, a gyerekeknek nem tudtak vacsorára semmilyen nem csípős ételt készíteni.

Great location overlooking Lake in large, well maintained gardens. The hotel & restaurant are very stylish and food offering is excellent. Service is the usual very highly helpful service There was a little games room on the 3rd floor, which we had fun in.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The place was absolutely beautiful, offering a stunning view that made the atmosphere so relaxing and enjoyable. The receptionist, Raees, was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. The entire staff were incredibly sweet, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay even more memorable. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s definitely a spot I’d love to return to in the future!

Staff behaviour and ambiance

Rooms were not that clean it was ok okey condition

Very quiet and relaxed location which suits an easy paced life.. the location is by the side of a dam reservoir. Special mention of the staff Ms Greeshma, at reception who was very sincere and hospitable and catered to each of our demands.

The service road leading to the resort is narrow and has space only for one vehicle to pass

The property is under construction. It is nothing like the pictures. All pictures are misleading. It is NOT worth staying in. Really bad service at breakfast. All food was awful. There was practically nothing for all day dining and it was just the person telling me what was available out of memory.
